Directions
- Wash the chicasquil leaves well. Cook them in sufficient water for one hour; then drain and chop them finely.
- Next, boil the potatoes with the skin until medium done, add salt. Chop them into large pieces.
- Fry the garlic and chorizo in oil. Add the onion, chicasquil, and seasonings.
- Finally add the achiote, potato, and chopped pepper.
