Ingredients
3 chicasquil (leafy vegetable)
4 chorizo (fat removed recommended)
2 potato
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
1 clove(s) garlic
1 chicken bouillon
1/4 white pepper
2 oil
Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
achiote (annatto)
Directions
  1. Wash the chicasquil leaves well. Cook them in sufficient water for one hour; then drain and chop them finely.
  2. Next, boil the potatoes with the skin until medium done, add salt. Chop them into large pieces.
  3. Fry the garlic and chorizo in oil. Add the onion, chicasquil, and seasonings.
  4. Finally add the achiote, potato, and chopped pepper.
