Directions
- Peel and chop the arracache, pass it through warm water and then drain it.
- Cook the meat with garlic, oregano, culantro, and bouillon.
- Then chop the meat. Sauté the chopped aromatics in the three teaspoons of oil with the eighth of a tablespoon of achiote, add the meat, the three tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and the arracache.
- Mix until the flavors blend together.
