2 piece(s) large chayotes
1 piece(s) tender corn on the cob
15 piece(s) chayote shoots
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 bunch culantro bunch
1 piece(s) large onion
1 piece(s) large sweet pepper
3 clove(s) garlic
1/8 tsp achiote (annatto)
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
Directions
  1. Chop chayotes, corn, and aromatics.
  2. Sauté aromatics in three tablespoons oil, add remaining ingredients except culantro, cook 15 to 20 minutes, then add culantro and salt to taste.
