Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) warm water
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
6 piece(s) eggs
1/2 cup(s) lard
2 piece(s) sticks of butter
1 natilla (Costa Rican sour cream)
2 cup(s) sugar
2 tbsp yeast
1 cup(s) warm milk
Directions
  1. Put the two tablespoons of yeast in the half cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar to make it rise, then in a large bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, butter, and melted lard.
  2. Add the natilla and warm milk, and finally add the flour and knead for 10 minutes.
  3. Proceed to form round balls and let them rise for 1 hour, then bake for 25 minutes.
