Directions
- In the blender, place garlic, celery, tomato, onion, and bell pepper, add the chicken bouillon cube and salt, and blend.
- Meanwhile, gradually add the lentils to the blender. At the same time, heat the oil.
- When the ingredients are well blended, place the mixture in a bowl, add the egg, and mix well.
- Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper or napkins.
