Ingredients
500 gr lentils, soaked overnight
1 clove(s) garlic clove, finely chopped
1 piece(s) celery stalk, finely chopped
1 piece(s) ripe tomato, finely chopped, without skin or seeds
1 piece(s) red onion, finely chopped
1/2 piece(s) red bell pepper, peeled and seeded
1 piece(s) chicken bouillon cube
1 piece(s) beaten egg
oil for frying
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. In the blender, place garlic, celery, tomato, onion, and bell pepper, add the chicken bouillon cube and salt, and blend.
  2. Meanwhile, gradually add the lentils to the blender. At the same time, heat the oil.
  3. When the ingredients are well blended, place the mixture in a bowl, add the egg, and mix well.
  4. Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and drain on absorbent paper or napkins.
