Directions
- Rub the fish with lime, cumin, salt and pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Then sauté the vegetables (green beans, tomato, onion and pepper) in butter, stirring a little; add the cup of water and let cook for about 20 minutes, until they soften.
- Add the fish in the coconut milk, cover and let cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
