Ingredients
1500 gr bocachico cut into pieces
2 cup(s) coconut milk
1 cup(s) water
3 tbsp lime juice
250 gr cooked green beans, chopped
250 gr white onions, peeled and chopped
4 piece(s) chopped creole peppers
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cumin
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Rub the fish with lime, cumin, salt and pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Then sauté the vegetables (green beans, tomato, onion and pepper) in butter, stirring a little; add the cup of water and let cook for about 20 minutes, until they soften.
  3. Add the fish in the coconut milk, cover and let cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
