Directions
- Dissolve the corn flour in 5 cups of water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
- In another pot, cook the panela with the other 5 cups of water and the cloves and guayabita.
- Mix the two preparations and let them cook over low heat for 10 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve cold.
