Ingredients
500 gr veguero beans soaked overnight
2 cup(s) cooked rice
4 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) hogao
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. In a medium pot over moderate heat, cook the beans in water at a level that covers them for approximately 1 hour, or until they soften.
  2. When they are ready, drain them and mix them with the cooked rice.
  3. Mash everything with a wooden spoon or potato masher and then add water until achieving a creamy consistency.
  4. Add hogao and salt to taste, mix well and serve hot.
