gr veguero beans soaked overnight

pinch salt to taste
Directions
- In a medium pot over moderate heat, cook the beans in water at a level that covers them for approximately 1 hour, or until they soften.
- When they are ready, drain them and mix them with the cooked rice.
- Mash everything with a wooden spoon or potato masher and then add water until achieving a creamy consistency.
- Add hogao and salt to taste, mix well and serve hot.
