Ingredients
beef offal (liver, heart, kidney, sweetbread and lung)
3 piece(s) green onion stalks
3 piece(s) medium tomatoes
3 clove(s) chopped garlic
1500 gr chopped potato
pinch sweet pepper to taste
pinch salt and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Wash the offal very well and then chop it into small pieces.
  2. Separately, in a pot, prepare a sauce with onion, tomatoes, garlic, sweet pepper, salt and cumin to taste.
  3. When the sauce is ready, add the offal and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. When the preparation has thickened, add the chopped potato and cook for 10 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot with white rice.
