Directions
- Cook the bone and scallion in the water for 45 minutes.
- Remove the scallion, add the plantains and yam and let boil for 20 minutes.
- Add the sweet potatoes, ahuyama, flour, rice, onoto, salt and pepper, and cover the pot.
- Lower to medium heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with chopped cilantro over each portion.
