Ingredients
500 gr raw rice
500 gr curd cheese, slightly aged, well squeezed
125 gr butter
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Soak the rice, drain in a sieve and spread on a table until the next day (air dried).
  2. Grind twice, the second time with the curd.
  3. You get a fine flour to which you add butter and salt, knead well (if the dough is a little dry, add a little warm water sprinkled).
  4. Form rings and bake in a preheated 350° oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Should not brown too much.
