gr raw rice

gr curd cheese, slightly aged, well squeezed

gr butter
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Soak the rice, drain in a sieve and spread on a table until the next day (air dried).
- Grind twice, the second time with the curd.
- You get a fine flour to which you add butter and salt, knead well (if the dough is a little dry, add a little warm water sprinkled).
- Form rings and bake in a preheated 350° oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- Should not brown too much.
