salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash roe very well carefully so they don't detach from membrane covering them.
- Place in pan with refrito, stir and let cook few minutes.
- Take portions and wrap in toasted and greased plantain leaves, which are grilled over coals on grate, turning them.
- Eaten with arepas or majajas.
