2 oz mantequilla
1/2 piece(s) sobre de consomé gallina
hojas de guineo
agua suficiente
Directions
  1. Cook guineos, peel, and mash while hot.
  2. Add masa, lard, salt, and cheese.
  3. Mix well and form tamalitos.
  4. Wrap in plantain leaves and tie.
  5. Cook in boiling water 30 minutes.
