Directions
- Clean the leaves and select them in pairs.
- Cook the meat and chop into pieces, season with achiote, and add to masa along with meat broth.
- Add salt and bouillon. Cook masa until it boils. Remove from heat and form tamalitos, one large spoonful of masa per tamal plus other ingredients.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
