Ingredients
pork and chicken broth, well concentrated with plenty of herbs

corn masa

potatoes, well cooked
1/2
pork lard
1
stick of butter
4
chicken bouillon cubes and salt to taste
garlic to taste
Directions
- Grind the beans with the masa and water to form a paste.
- Add the lard, salt, and achiote.
- Wrap in plantain leaves and cook in boiling water for one hour.
