Ingredients
pork and chicken broth, well concentrated with plenty of herbs
1 corn masa
2 1/2 potatoes, well cooked
1/2 pork lard
1 stick of butter
4 chicken bouillon cubes and salt to taste
garlic to taste
Directions
  1. Grind the beans with the masa and water to form a paste.
  2. Add the lard, salt, and achiote.
  3. Wrap in plantain leaves and cook in boiling water for one hour.
