Directions
- Season the fish with the oil, garlic cloves, salt and mustard for 3 hours.
- Fry the trout in abundant oil.
- Place the ham and cheese on it and let it sit until it takes on flavor.
- Garnish with tomato, onion, sweet pepper and tartar sauce.
