Ingredients
8 guineos (ripe bananas) cooked in salted water, not too soft
ground beef, pork, tuna, chicken, or desired filling to taste (for the filling)
4 beaten eggs
aromatic herbs
salt
achiote (annatto)
Directions
  1. Cut the guineos in half, place the filling and close.
  2. The filling is seasoned with aromatic herbs, salt, and achiote, then dipped in beaten egg and browned in a pan with very hot oil.
