Ingredients
1 piece(s) medium cachama (2-3 pounds) cut into portions
500 gr peeled yuca cut into medium pieces
4 piece(s) peeled topocho plantains split by hand
2 piece(s) chopped green onion stalks
2 clove(s) crushed garlic
pinch salt and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the yuca and topocho plantains over medium heat along with chopped green onion, garlic, salt and cumin for 25 minutes.
  2. Add the cachama, cover the pot and let it cook for 20 more minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
