Ingredients

8 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) powdered milk
250 gr sugar
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
1/2 piece(s) teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
crushed ice (optional)
Directions
  1. Cut the fruit in two, extract the pulp with a spoon, put it in a little water, and beat with a molinillo (whisk) until dissolved (or blend).
  2. Dissolve the powdered milk in water, and incorporate the vanilla, nutmeg, eggs and sugar.
  3. Beat (or blend) and add the fruit.
