Directions
- Place chicken in glass container with pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, pepper, sugar, and crushed celery sprig, one day before cooking.
- Cook over low heat with margarine.
- When cooked, pass mushrooms through margarine.
- Add chicken back with mushrooms and bathe with cream of mushroom soup dissolved in two cups water. Let boil and serve.
