Ingredients
1 piece(s) sweet pepper, chopped
1 piece(s) onion, chopped
6 clove(s) garlic, chopped
1 bunch celery
1 tbsp ground oregano
1 tbsp white pepper
1 pinch sugar
6 piece(s) boneless chicken thighs
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 piece(s) stick of margarine
2 cup(s) water
Directions
  1. Place chicken in glass container with pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, pepper, sugar, and crushed celery sprig, one day before cooking.
  2. Cook over low heat with margarine.
  3. When cooked, pass mushrooms through margarine.
  4. Add chicken back with mushrooms and bathe with cream of mushroom soup dissolved in two cups water. Let boil and serve.
