Directions
- Peel the potatoes and dice them, chop the mustard greens.
- Put the seasonings in a pot.
- Once they become translucent, add the mustard greens, when cooked add the potato and achiote.
- Mix everything for 15 minutes, and it's ready to serve with tortillas.
