4 piece(s) ripe plantains, almost black
3 cup(s) milk
250 gr curd
Directions
  1. Wash the plantains, peel them, cut them into pieces and cook them in water that covers them for 15 minutes.
  2. When they are cooked, mash them with a wooden masher.
  3. To the mashed plantain, add milk and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve with curd.
