Ingredients
1 2-kilogram pork loin
3 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
1 cup(s) cooked rice
1 piece(s) head of garlic
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 piece(s) medium potatoes, julienned
Directions
  1. Marinate meat for about six hours with oregano and garlic.
  2. Then season rice, potatoes, and finally hard-boiled eggs in julienne with more garlic and oregano.
  3. When filling is ready, place in meat, assemble, and serve.
  4. Cook in wide pot with little water, then brown in oven until ready.
