Directions
- Marinate meat for about six hours with oregano and garlic.
- Then season rice, potatoes, and finally hard-boiled eggs in julienne with more garlic and oregano.
- When filling is ready, place in meat, assemble, and serve.
- Cook in wide pot with little water, then brown in oven until ready.
