Ingredients
500 gr capio corn
2 piece(s) liters of water
1/2 piece(s) panela
pinch orange tree buds to taste
pinch cloves and cinnamon to taste
Directions
  1. After cooking and grinding the corn, dissolve the dough in boiling water, add panela, and let cook until it dissolves.
  2. When removed from heat, add orange tree buds, cloves, and cinnamon.
  3. Let rest for at least 10 minutes and strain.
  4. To increase its nutritional value, let it ferment for 2-3 days and serve cold.
  5. It's recommended to put the chicha in a clay pot and stir it occasionally.
