Directions
- After cooking and grinding the corn, dissolve the dough in boiling water, add panela, and let cook until it dissolves.
- When removed from heat, add orange tree buds, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Let rest for at least 10 minutes and strain.
- To increase its nutritional value, let it ferment for 2-3 days and serve cold.
- It's recommended to put the chicha in a clay pot and stir it occasionally.
