Chayote and Chicasquil Picadillo (Hash)

Ingredients
3 ripe chayotes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped sweet pepper
1 cup(s) tender chicasquil (leafy vegetable), finely chopped
1/4 dried chorizo
1 finely chopped garlic
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup(s) water
Directions
  1. In a skillet, sauté the chorizo, then the aromatics, onion, sweet pepper, garlic, chayote, and bouillon.
  2. Stir and cover for ten minutes.
  3. Uncover, lower the heat, add the chicasquil and water.
  4. Cover until tender.
  5. Serve with tortilla.
