tbsp wheat flour
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the fish very well, put in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and drain.
- Transfer to a covered pot with a little water to steam it (en viuda) for 15 minutes.
- Remove, shred the meat, making sure there are no bones.
- Heat the sofrito and add the fish, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and add the beaten eggs, stirring until they become like scrambled eggs.
