a pinch of salt
Directions
- Soak a mixture of flour, bran, panela and dissolved yeast with milk.
- Add lard and salt, kneading well until achieving a compact paste.
- Then make little balls and let them rest in a cool place for 20 minutes, until they rise.
- Place them on a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 450 ºF, for approximately 20 minutes.
