1250 gr yuca (cassava), cut in pieces
pinch salt to taste
ameros (corn husks)
pita de majagua (majagua string)
Directions
  1. Peel and put the yuca to cook in abundant water, without salt, for about 20 minutes so it doesn't get too soft.
  2. When ready, grind, mix with salt and knead.
