Ingredients
500 gr yuca starch
1000 gr grated coastal cheese
2 tbsp sifted corn flour
2 tbsp baking powder
4 piece(s) eggs
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup(s) panela water or warm milk
Directions
  1. Mix, in a non-metallic container, yuca starch with cheese, flour, baking powder, eggs and butter.
  2. Knead well and gradually add panela water or milk, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough. Let rest a while.
  3. Form balls, knead and stretch, to then form crescents or horseshoes; put on a greased pan, leaving enough space between them to grow.
  4. Bring the pans to preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
