gr country cheese in block or grated coastal cheese

piece(s) eggs, beaten

tbsp wheat flour

tbsp butter
pinch sugar to taste
pinch salt to taste
oil for frying
Directions
- Blend for 5 minutes the corn kernels and milk. Pass the resulting dough through a sieve or strainer.
- To the dough add grated cheese, eggs, flour, butter, sugar and salt to taste, and mix everything well.
