gr chócolo (sweet corn) kernels

cup(s) sugar or grated panela

tsp salt

tbsp melted butter
1/2
cup(s) country cheese in block or grated coastal cheese

tbsp oil
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet or griddle heat oil over medium-low heat, and then with help of a spoon pour the dough forming a thin and uniform arepa.
- After 5 minutes, with a spatula, flip the arepa until golden.
