Ingredients
1 kg sirloin, cut into long thin fillets
125 gr green beans, cooked and chopped
2 piece(s) carrots, chopped
125 gr bacon slices
2 piece(s) onions, grated
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped
2 piece(s) beers
salt and pepper
pinch oregano and bay leaf, chopped to taste
Directions
  1. Grind the green beans, carrots, bacon, onions, tomatoes and seasonings, and knead well.
  2. Spread the mixture and cut portions, which are placed on top of the sirloin fillets, roll them up and tie with thread.
  3. Place them in a pan, cover with beer, and cover; let sit a few minutes.
  4. Put them to cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
