Ingredients
whole trout
10 garlic
salt to taste
250 cubic centimeters of oil
50 cubic centimeters of mustard
250 ham
200 cheese
2 tomato
30 cubic centimeters of tartar sauce
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
Directions
  1. Season the fish with the oil, garlic cloves, salt and mustard for 3 hours.
  2. Fry the trout in abundant oil.
  3. Place the ham and cheese on it and let it sit until it takes on flavor.
  4. Garnish with tomato, onion, sweet pepper and tartar sauce.
