Mustard Greens Picadillo with Potato

Ingredients
1 potatoes
6 mustard greens
6 garlic
1 achiote (annatto)
1 large onion
1 roll(s) culantro (Mexican coriander)
1 sweet pepper
black pepper to taste
1 MSG (ajinomoto)
salt to taste
Directions
  1. Peel the potatoes and dice them, chop the mustard greens.
  2. Put the seasonings in a pot.
  3. Once they become translucent, add the mustard greens, when cooked add the potato and achiote.
  4. Mix everything for 15 minutes, and it's ready to serve with tortillas.
