Ingredients
500 gr wheat flour
250 gr bran
125 gr grated panela
125 gr lard
2 tbsp yeast dissolved in a little warm water
1 cup(s) milk
a pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Soak a mixture of flour, bran, panela and dissolved yeast with milk.
  2. Add lard and salt, kneading well until achieving a compact paste.
  3. Then make little balls and let them rest in a cool place for 20 minutes, until they rise.
  4. Place them on a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 450 ºF, for approximately 20 minutes.
