Ingredients
1 cup(s) corn flour
10 cup(s) water
3 piece(s) panela blocks
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp guayabita (sweet pepper)
Directions
  1. Dissolve the corn flour in 5 cups of water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. In another pot, cook the panela with the other 5 cups of water and the cloves and guayabita.
  3. Mix the two preparations and let them cook over low heat for 10 more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve cold.
