Directions
- Wash the plantains, peel them, cut them into pieces and cook them in water that covers them for 15 minutes.
- When they are cooked, mash them with a wooden masher.
- To the mashed plantain, add milk and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Serve with curd.
