Ingredients
6 piece(s) ripe plantains, peeled and mashed
250 gr white cheese, grated
4 piece(s) eggs, beaten
2 tbsp panela (unrefined cane sugar), grated
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a container and mix well by hand.
  2. Once a compact masa is achieved, knead well, put in a previously greased container, and bring to preheated oven at 350°, for approximately 30 minutes.
