Directions
- Rub the fish slices with lemon juice to soften the bones.
- Sauté a little in oil on both sides.
- Then put to marinate in beer, tomatoes, scallion, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, pepper and salt (to cover for 2 hours).
- Remove and put in a casserole with milk, butter, toasted bread and salt.
- Let conserve over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve accompanied with white rice.
