500 gr beef, chopped
250 gr longaniza, chopped
2 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
2 piece(s) round onions, peeled and chopped
125 gr ahuyama (squash without skin) peeled and chopped
2 cup(s) cooked rice
125 gr carrots, grated
125 gr yellow potatoes, peeled and chopped
125 gr green beans, chopped
1 piece(s) tablespoon of oregano
6 cup(s) water
2 tbsp butter
pinch salt, cumin and pepper to taste
