1/2 boiled milk
2 piece(s) ajíes pimentones (sweet peppers)
3 clove(s) garlic, crushed
pinch ají chirere (hot sauce) [see p. 159] to taste
salt
Directions
  1. Mix everything, stir well and let rest.
  2. Before bottling, stir well again.
  3. It is almost indispensable on every llanero table to season almost all savory dishes.
