4 piece(s) semi-ripe plantains, peeled and broken
750 gr Pastusa potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cup(s) thick coconut milk
1 cup(s) refrito (sautéed tomato-onion base) [see p. 50]

  1. Clean crabs and cook in refrito for 10 minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve.
