Directions
- Grind corn to break it, place in water, wash well, scrub with hands to remove chaff, wash again and cook for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, place in bowl and mix with cheese, eggs and salt.
- Knead well until masa is uniform and smooth.
- Form small masses like small arepas and fry in hot oil until golden.
