Directions
- Season the slices with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Let rest for 1 hour.
- Beat the eggs, flour and parsley seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
- Coat the slices in the batter and fry in oil until golden on both sides.
- Serve with french fries and rice and drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
