Ingredients
2 gr catfish, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 piece(s) eggs
4 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
pinch salt and pepper to taste
oil
Directions
  1. Season the slices with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Let rest for 1 hour.
  3. Beat the eggs, flour and parsley seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the slices in the batter and fry in oil until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve with french fries and rice and drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
