Directions
- Wash mullets very well, parboil for 10 minutes, discard water and shred removing bones.
- Mix with guiso and rice and sauté for few minutes, add water, and cook on medium heat until it starts to dry, stir, taste for salt and correct if necessary; cover and leave on low heat until grain is tender.
