Ingredients
6 cup(s) water
3 cup(s) rice, washed
1 piece(s) bunch of mullet (4 mullets)
1 cup(s) guiso [see p. 319]
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Wash mullets very well, parboil for 10 minutes, discard water and shred removing bones.
  2. Mix with guiso and rice and sauté for few minutes, add water, and cook on medium heat until it starts to dry, stir, taste for salt and correct if necessary; cover and leave on low heat until grain is tender.
