Ingredients
2 cup(s) rice, washed
1 piece(s) green bell pepper, finely chopped
250 gr cheese, grated
4 cup(s) water
2 tbsp lard (or oil)
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Sauté bell pepper, add rice and salt, stir, add hot water and cook until it starts to dry.
  2. Add cheese, stir, cover and leave on low heat until it finishes cooking.
